Web Content Manager

What You’ll Do & Who You Are

  • The Web Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on management on website content publishing, using fragment-based content management system (CMS), and your knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

  • The Web Content Manager sits within the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for owning and evolving partnerships across the organization.

  • The Web Content Manager will be responsible for delivering web page changes and additions daily.  work, and helps you deliver reliable project plans.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 meetings with the COO as needed

  • Keep track of developments in digital technology

  • Collaborate with staff to brainstorm content topics

  • Delegate assignments to copywriters to create original content for our various communication channels

  • Create and follow development schedules for all assigned content, and track projects from conception through publication/release,

  • Check all content pieces for accuracy and cohesiveness of brand, style, tone, and voice

  • Ensure all published content meets Passive Income M.D.’s quality standards

  • Edit and proof read content for spelling, grammar and punctuation

  • Develop client-specific style guides to ensure consistency of brand, style, tone, and voice

  • Adhere to SEO rules

  • Manage the content calendar.

  • Create and contribute content to increase and enhance social media presence on current and emerging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and +/- LinkedIn and Pinterest

  • Optimize and repurpose/repackage existing content to create opportunities to market new products.
